ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need a License to Drive?
Yes a valid drivers license is required at check in.
How old do I have to be to drive?
Drivers must be 16 yrs old.
Can I Ride on the Back?
Each ATV can have one passenger at least 6yrs old and with a combined weight of less than 350 lbs.
What Should I Bring?
Bring a valid drivers license, sunblock, sunglasses, bathing suit, cash for gratuities and food/drink
How far is the Tour from the Walled City?
The tour start point is only 15km from the walled city.
Transportation Recommendation?
We recommend a taxi from your hotel or Airbnb. It costs 30,000 pesos or about 8 US dollars for a taxi.
What's the Refund Policy?
Tours can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance. There is no refund less than 48 hours in advance. In the event that Cartagena ATV has to cancel a tour due to weather or mechanical issues a full refund will be given. Customers testing positive for Covid-19 will be issued a credit good for 2 years.
Is there a Damage Deposit?
A $150 damage deposit is required for each ATV. A valid credit card or cash deposit is required. Any damage to the ATV will be deducted from this deposit. However in the event the damage exceeds the cost of the deposit the guest agrees to pay the balance prior to leaving the store.
